She is one of 30 that Land Rover produced in this colour combination as a limited edition in 1999. First registered on 28-10-1999 with 5 previous owners. It has only covered 93,071 miles from new. The mileage unlikely to increase significantly as I have recently acquired another car for weekend fun! She is in fabulous condition and includes the following. Rioja Red metallic paint with colour coded bumpers, sills and wing mirrors. Factory fitted walnut leather with lightstone piping interior. Drivers two position memory function seat. Climate control air conditioning which is icy cold, in full working order with perfect pixel display. Factory fitted glass tilt and slide sunroof. Factory fitted 300 watt Harman Kardon HiFi with 10 speakers. Boot mounted 6x CD autochanger. Factory supplied 18′ Hurricane alloy wheels. Remote central locking with 2 key fobs. Electric windows and wing mirrors. Heated seats – not currently working, this is unfortunate but sadly not uncommon in P38s. Can easily be reinstated. Air suspension which is working perfectly. Original Land Rover overmats. Original Land Rover dog guard. All Land Rover bookpacks and service books complete with Land Rover Wallet. Below is a brief history of the Range Rover Vogue SE Limited Edition taken from the definitive book by James Taylor – Range Rover, The Second Generation first published in 2004. It was based on the current 4.6HSE. Produced right at the end of the 1999 model year, just in time to catch the V -prefix registration numbers that were issued from September 1. Four metallic paints were available, the exact colour distribution being fifty in Java Black, forty in Epsom Green and thirty each in Oxford Blue and Rioja Red. They are easy to distinguish because of the Vogue SE tailgate decal badge. All had body-coloured bumpers, sills and wing mirrors, with twin silver coachtlines below the side rubbing strip. The wheels were 18in Hurricane alloys. The upholstery was in Walnut leather, with matching door pulls, automatic gearshift knob and handbrake grip. Seat piping and other interior hardware were in contrasting Lightstone, but the Ash Grey steering wheel of the donor 4.6HSE was retained. Additional wood trim was fitted on the HEVAC panel, the instrument pack and the switch pack surround. Her previous owners have clearly looked after her and I suspect she has lead a cosseted life. I suspect she has spent most of her life tucked up in a garage or barn when not in use. She has certainly not been left outside to rot! There are none of the usual rust issues, t. He bodywork and interior are remarkable for a 1999 vehicle, she even has the original Land Rover 2 sided. They are pristine and look like new! She has always been garaged during my tenure, and she has not been driven in the wet or used for any off road activities during my ownership. His is an extremely rare beast in the P38 world and it is one of the most desirable and rare models of P38 Range Rover. This is a genuine collectors vehicle. She is advertised elsewhere and maybe withdrawn at any time. Good luck and please contact me if you have any questions – genuine enquiries only please.
