One Range Rover P38 – the high specification HSE model with the BMW 2.5 litre diesel engine. It was MoTd in May 2017 so it comes with almost a full year of MoT and also just serviced in May 2017 as well. It was fully serviced last year with new gearbox oil, differential oil, transfer box oil – everything even the plenum filter and headlight wipers were changed. I have also done various repairs and some preventative maintenance in the last 12 months. New water pump with metal impeller, thermostat, all new coolant hoses and fresh coolant. New air conditioning pipe (as it was leaking) plus drier plus pressure switch and refilled with gas afterwards. Rear wash / wipe valve (was blocked). Front brake pads and discs plus caliper carriers as they were corroded. Rear pads and caliper carriers. Serpentine belts x 2. 4 x OEM Boge shock absorbers. 4 x suspension air bags. EAS compressor rebuilt and drier overhauled. I also have a valve block service kit and another compressor seal which I will throw in. Upgraded to brighter headlight bulbs. Replaced heater blend motors and bulbs in the climate control panel. Engine oil cooler radiator plus both pipes. Gearbox oil cooler pipe. Front anti roll bar bushes, drop links, panhard rod bushes, track rod and drag link. The only thing I haven’t changed are the radius arm bushes but these have already been poly bushed by a previous owner. Set of 18 inch alloys with all new wheel nuts. There is probably a load more stuff I have forgotten about too. A previous owner has fitted a performance chip mounted on top of the battery. On a recent 200 mile trip up and down the M1 taking it steady I managed 37mpg. Around town the mpg is much more realistic though. Full service history to the extent that they ran out of pages in the service book and had to photocopy some blank pages to keep the history going. Overall a very nice looking vehicle which has been impeccably maintained. It is 19 years old and not perfect though – there are a few gremlins on the body here and there but nothing nasty. The front bumper has a slight crack on one corner. Bumpers are cheap enough from breakers, I was waiting for one in the right colour to come up locally for sale. The head lining is slightly sagging at the rear but not too bad. The original Alpine stereo is included but needs repairing, the pixels have gone and there seems to be a dry solder joint too. I will include an aftermarket stereo as well. It is the HSE model so has a high specification – climate control, heated electric seats, electric sunroof, cruise, Harman Kardon stereo with 6 x CD in the boot etc. Find another one which has been so well looked after – there is a lot of rubbish out there. The registration is NOT included, it will be back on an “S” registration very soon. Some stuff I forgot. New battery a year ago. 3 x new rubber intercooler pipes (the old ones felt flimsy and perished). It has the Land Rover rubber over mats – they are in the boot and not pictured.
