If you see a grey / clear screen (walk away) — With the power turned off the screen should be shiny + jet black. The radio is “Totally Passive” – This means it has no internal amplifier – The output is low as it uses external amplifiers in the doors of the vehicle + boot to produce hi-level sound. This makes it really hard to replace with aftermarket product – so again making it very sort after & ideal if you want to keep things original. I made up a test lead & ran the unit through a small 2 channel amplifier – it sounds as good as it looks (see pics 5+6). Comes fully serviced – Tape heads cleaned + set. There’s 2 locking pins missing from the trim plate The trim still locks into place fine (nice + tight). The radio pictured is the radio you will receive: Serial Number: CR0154T0014349.
