Make sure there is no residue or dust and the surface is dry. Peel the paper from the rear of the sticker. Place the lettering on the surface and press down so it adheres well. Place template over the old lettering and mark the edges of the template. Remove the template then carefully heat old lettering using a heatgun – Do not overheat and risk damaging paintwork. Remove old lettering and clean old adhesive using an alcohol based cleaner. Secure the template in position using masking tape and apply lettering firmly.
