Range rover 4.6 v8 auto biography. This low milage range rover has only done 80000 miles. There is 4 keys for the car 2 genuine and 2 aftermarket. It has almost a years mot on her. Has had alot of engine work done around 7000 miles ago all reciepts available. The big end bearing have been replaced roughly 450 miles ago. Along with the oil pump gear which is all brand new from britpart. The 5th wheel is the same alloy as the rest. Full harmon karden sound system with factory sub. No rips or tears in seats but could do with a good clean and all electrics work. Body work is good a little lacquer peel on rear bumper but cannot notice and a few scratches round but nothing a good buff wouldnt get out. It has a straight pipe in the middle silencer so it doesnt sound to loud but enough to let others know it has grunt. Gear box changes quickly and smoothly even in sport mode. The only other thing which has never concerned me since is the engine sounds a bit tappy but i know there is an exhaust blow could probably do with a good service. Usual saggy roof lining. Interior mirror has burst. Cruis control does not work. Car could do with a good clean. Very slight oil leak from oil cooler pipe look as if jubilee clip loose. Ive tried to be as honest as i can about the car so you dont waste your time if there is any more pictures you require or information please contact. I spent a long time looking for a good 4.6 P38 on lpg and finally found this great vehicle….. She has covered under 100k and was a very cosseted toy when owned in japan. LPG means she works out similar in cost to a car returning 40mpg on petrol/diesel… Far better than any diesel p38/defender… Correctly registered on the V5 as a dual fuel vehicle so no back street bodged conversion. Gorgeous silky smooth 4.6 V8, she purrs until you hit the loud pedal. Running a dual chip Tornado motorsport ECU… Full ECU not just a bodged in chipset, look at their site for prices if you want a shock lol, stainless exhaust sounds great with a V8 growl Full leather, electrics, dual Hi/Lo autobox works perfectly, head gaskets done and receipt to prove Aftermarket Grill and later 18 alloys (x5), tinted privacy glass, body is in excellent shape thanks to the years she spent in the japanese climate. New hi output alternator Minor Issues: Drivers door interior handle doesnt work….. Disconnected wire but havent got round to removing the door panel in 9 months lol rear tailgate button sticky common issue when connectors get dirty and needs a blast of electrical contact cleaner air suspension compressor U/S , i fitted bypass valves which are great but I will let the new owner have the secondhand compressor and valve block I bought but havent got round to fitting MOT till december and no doubts she will fly through again….. If you want to see how good its been through the years just look up the MOT history….. Yes its not as luxurious…. Doesnt have any toys… Good P38’s are starting to shoot up in price again and there are an awful lot at 7-10K even without the gas conversion… Any questions just message… Car is located near Helston Cornwall (TR12). This is one of the very last P38’s its a 2002 vehicle and is a genuine autobiography. It has the later 4.6 engine and has been lpg professionally converted, it comes with certification to prove this and runs wonderfully. The vehicle started life as a Vogue SE and was then sent to Land Rovers Special Vehicles department to be finished. The plate under the bonnet gives its unique reference number and I have checked this with land rover, who gave me a print out of the autobiography upgrades specified. It comes with a huge file of history which included many expensive pieces of work which would explain why it runs so well now. It comes with comprehensive service history and has travelled 173,000 in its life. This Range Rover comes with almost every extra you can think of. Sat nav, electric leather seats, heated mirrors, cd multi changer, TV’s in the drivers headrests, alloys, sunroof, electric heated mirrors, cruise control, climate control etc etc. The bumpers and bonnet are a little tatty and I was planning to either replace of have these re-sprayed. I mention these things as I want to be totally honest about the vehicle. The electric seats are perfect, the heater, stereo, sunroof, lpg, windows all run just as they should. I will add more pictures and a little more detail in the coming days. I have all paperwork for the vehicle except the v5 which I have been looking for all week, when I called the dvla they told me the previous owners had not completed the right paperwork, as I have the new keepers slip the advised me to pass this to the new owner and they would issue a new logbook free of charge.
